The total parking on site is 74 parking spaces, whereas the combined uses of the tenants on the property requires 151. The requested Shared Parking Agreement would allow the uses to operate at different times of the day and/or week so that the property may comply with parking requirements at any given time during a 24-hour period.
There is an existing Shared Parking Agreement for this property that was approved by the City Commission in 2010. A copy is included with this back-up. Approval of this new Shared Parking Agreement will supersede the previous agreement from 2010.
