Summary Explanation/Background:
The City and CRA are sweeking to enter into an Interlocal Agreement (ILA) to allow the CRA
to oversee professsional services to be rendered by Kimley-Horn and Associates (KHA) pertaining to the requirements of the East Area Transit-Oriented Corridor (ETOC) Land Use Plan Amendment. KHA will be asked to assist with traffic engineering services and address potential improvements to Atlantic Boulevard and recommend neighborood protection techniques.
