Summary Explanation/Background:

The second amendment to the license agreement with The Russell Life Skills and Reading Foundation, Inc. is to continue providing reading and life skills instructional services for the Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts Department’s After School Programs held at the Civic Center, McNair Center, Mitchell/Moore Centers and Highlands Park.  In partnering with The Russell Life Skills and Reading Foundation, Inc. we will provide the children in our programs with skills needed to be successful in their academic careers.  The agreement is for a term of one year, with the city reserving the right to extend the agreement.
