Summary Explanation/Background:

This is a second amendment to the agreement with Proserve Concepts, Inc. which was adopted on March 1, 2012 via Resolution 2012-153 for Tennis Professional services at the Municipal Tennis Center, with the first amendment approved via Resolution 2015-339 on June 26, 2015.  The second amendment to the license agreement is to amend Article 17 to add language concerning Public Records, Article 16 Notices and Demands and to extend the agreement one additional one-year period, ending February 28, 2018.  The original agreement will remain in full force and effect except as specifically amended.

Fiscal impact and source of funding: The licenseee agrees to generate a minimum of $20,000 annually in net revenues to the city.
