This is a second amendment to the agreement with Proserve Concepts, Inc. which was adopted on March 1, 2012 via Resolution 2012-153 for Tennis Professional services at the Municipal Tennis Center, with the first amendment approved via Resolution 2015-339 on June 26, 2015.
