Summary Explanation/Background:
This project entails maintenance and renovation of the Blanche Ely Museum located at 1500 NW 6th Avenue. While this museum is a valuable City-owned resource, in its current state, the museum cannot be used for exhibitions or tours.
In order to begin the design and inspection process, The City is recommending utilizing Cartaya & Associates, Architects,P.A to provide design documentation and inspection services through the Pre-DRC/DRC/AAC City reviews. Cartaya & Associates, Architects, P.A. has successfully completed similar projects and is one of our consultants for continuing professional design services originally dated December 14, 2015, and approved by City Resolution No. 2016-31.
