Staff is seeking City Commission approval of a Resolution to amend an existing agreement with Calvin, Giordano and Associates, Inc. (“CGA”). This amendment is necessary to allow CGA to assist the City with Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) services related to additional improvements on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard (Hammondville Road) from I-95 to Powerline Road per Broward County's directive. CGA will receive additional compensation in the amount of $125,203.10 resulting in cumulative fees of $384,574.99. The service agreement must also be resinstated and extended until June 30, 2017.
