Summary Explanation/Background:
In conjunction with the concurrent application for rezoning from B-3 (General Business) to PCD (Planned Commercial/Industrial), the applicant, McNab Grove, Inc., is requesting to adopt the Unified Control Agreement referenced above for the 950 East McNab Road Rezoning. A unified control document is required for planned developments (PD) in order to comply with the standards of Section 155.2405. Planned Development. The Unified Control Agreement binds the owner and successors to the conditions related to the PCD Plan. The survey and legal description (Exhibit 1) and Master Plan (Exhibit 2) are attached.
