Summary Explanation/Background:
At the May 9, 2017 City Commission meeting, the Commission adopted an Ordinance abandoning a portion of S. Riverside Drive (see Ordinance Abandoning Portion of S. Riverside Drive). Section 6 of the abandoning Ordinance states that the Applicant Tsatas Acquisitions LLC, is dedicating an alley and sidewalks. This Resolution is accepting the conveyance of said dedication. The alley and sidewalks serve to replace the access that had been abandoned along S. Riverside Drive.
