Staff regularly reviews the governing documents to ensure they accurately reflect current operations. After seven years of the CRA implementing redevelopment objectives, it is recommended the Interlocal Agreement between the City and CRA be freshened. This refreshed agreement includes adding procurement services as part of the City provided services and also defines the term as in effect for the duration of the CRA rather than a date certain. This agreement ensures the City and CRA understand their respective responsibilities and services provided by each entity.
