Summary Explanation/Background:

The applicant proposes to utilize the ten (10) feet wide drainage easement currently owned by the City in order to install a perimeter landscape buffer including trees, hedges, walkway, and a perimeter fence with gate.  The applicant owns the property located at 800 South Federal Highway and operates the boat display and sale business.  This drainage easement is located in the south side of the applicant’s property.  In conjunction with this Revocable License Agreement, the site plan is in the process of obtaining approval under P&Z no. 15-12000043 in order to expand the boat display areas.  A Revocable License Agreement is required for any structures that encroach onto the City property; therefore, the applicant requests approval of a Revocable License Agreement to install a perimeter landscape buffer.
