This resolution authorizes the appropriate city officials to execute on behalf of the City, Home Ownership Agreements for the City’s First Time Homebuyer Program pursuant to the policies and guidelines for the City of Pompano Beach First Time Homebuyer Program.
The original First Time Homebuyer Program Home Ownership Agreement previously approved for staff’s use by the City Commission requires amendment to include additional language as required due to changes to the HOME Regulations.
