summary

Summary Explanation/Background:

A Construction Agreement was entered into with FDOT and the City back in 2012. The Construction Agreement was for the installation of a crosswalk and emergency traffic signal for Fire Station 11 on AIA. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the construction of the activities listed above were never completed and the previous Construction Agreement has expired.

The City will need to enter into a new Construction Agreement with FDOT in order to complete the above mentioned work.
