Section 151.03 (F), “Structures in Waterways” requires that if two or more lots share a common docking area, the owners shall enter into an agreement with the City which shall state that the property owners have reviewed and approved the proposed plans as it relates to the placement of any structure in the common docking area. Attached please find the “Shared Common Docking Area Agreement” which has been executed between both property owners located at 111 SE 12th Ct. and 101 SE 12th Ct.
