Summary Explanation/Background:
Section 151.03 (D), “Structures in Waterways” of the City Code requires that in order for property owners to join their docks within five feet of an extended property line, an Agreement between property owners and City is required. Attached please find the “Contiguous Shared Common Docking Agreement” between City and both property owners (same owner for both properties).
