Summary Explanation/Background:
The Development Services Department is seeking to enter into the Developer’s Agreement with Industrial Developments International, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, in order to allow the City to issue a separate site development permit for the subject property that will allow construction of underground infrastructure improvements exclusive of the vertical construction work associated with a Building Permit. By this Agreement, Industrial Developments International, LLC, is providing specific obligations for site restoration and financial security in order to assure the City that the property will be left in an acceptable condition upon completion of the site development work in the event vertical construction has not commenced. The subject property is located at 3100 NW 33 Street and identified on the aerial map enclosed.
