Summary Explanation/Background:
As part of the City’s Painted Pompano Round 2: Schools of Art project, the City will be leasing a portion of the Pompano Citi Centre for artists to fabricate their sculpture. The term of the lease will commence on the date which possession of the space is tendered. The lease will expire forty-five days following the commencement date unless sooner terminated by the City.
