Summary Explanation/Background:
The Work Authorization is in accordance with the terms and condition of the Agreement for Professional Services between the City of Pompano Beach and Baxter & Woodman, Inc. originally dated November 2, 2015 and approved by City Ordinances N. 2016-16, and the Agreement dated December 20, 2016 and approved by City Ordinance No. 2017-11. This Work Authorization will allow Baxter & Woodman to provide construction administration and inspection services for the Reuse Water NE Expansion Construction project. They will also review shop drawings, attend meetings, and evaluate any changes.
