Summary Explanation/Background:
The agreement is to provide AEG Presents SE, LLC a six month agreement to operate the Pompano Beach Amphitheater. This is necessary as we work through the transition period and complete the contract per the RFP. The licensee will pay the city four dollars per ticket sold to each event held at the Amphitheater. The licensee shall be responsible to pay all venue costs and expenses related to events.
