Summary Explanation/Background:

Property located at 650 SW 9th Terrace is being required by Broward County Environmental Engineering Division to have groundwater monitoring wells installed to have periodic sampling conducted for assessment and potential remediation.  Most of the wells will be located on private property, however a few fall within City right-of-way.  As such, Owner is required by City Code to enter into a Revocable License Agreement with City authorizing these facilities to be installed in City right-of-way.
