The agreement is for Flippin’ Dogs, LLC to operate two concessions at Community Park (baseball & softball complexes).   The agreement is for a one year term, with a four one-year renewal option provided both parties agree.

Fiscal impact and source of funding: Licensee will pay the city $100 per month for the use of the concession facilities.
