Summary Explanation/Background:

This is a third amendment to the agreement with Russell Life Skills and Reading Foundation Inc. to provide reading services for youth at various Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts Department facilities.  The original agreement was adopted on March 16, 2015 via Resolution 2015-200, with the first amendment approved via Resolution 2016-123 and the second amendment approved via Resolution 2017-141.  The third amendment to the license agreement is to extend the agreement for an additional one-year period, ending March 15, 2019.  The original agreement shall remain in full force and effect except as specifically amended to include the city’s updated accounting and record keeping procedures (Article 6).
