This MPO funded project was approved by Commission April 25th, 2017. FDOT, who is responsible for design and construction, requires City to enter into a “Highway Maintenance Memorandum of Agreement” (provided), committing that City will be maintaining the improvements which will consist of shared use paths along NE 5th Avenue (between Copans and NE 10th St) and NE 10th Street (between US 1 and Dixie Highway).
