The Applicant, Michael Vonder Meulen of Keith & Associates on behalf of the City of Pompano Beach, is requesting approval of an agreement for an amendment of a plat note amendment concerning the Southwest Fire Station. On October 24, 2017, the City approved a Plat note amendment for the Palm Aire Cypress Estates 4th Section Plat (see attached Resolution 2018-31). The Broward County Commission approved that plat note amendment on April 10, 2018. To complete the amendment process, however, the City of Pompano Beach must sign the agreement as owner of the proposed fire station property.
Staff recommends approval of this resolution approving the agreement.
