Summary Explanation/Background:
The license agreement is for the Pompano Piranhas, Inc. to provide a youth swimming program at the City’s Aquatic Center. The licensee shall pay the City fees for events as outlined in Exhibit A of the license agreement. The term of the agreement is for five years. If the City determines the licensee to be in full compliance with the agreement, then the city shall have the option to renew the agreement for an additional one period of five years.
