Summary Explanation/Background:

On March 27, 2018, the City Commission approved a Resolution (2018-121) for the Termination/Release of the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants regarding Project Access (ORB 46881 PG1473) concerning property located at 1951 N Powerline Rd.  At the time this document was drafted, the applicant only cited one property owner:  Bridge Powerline LLC, because that is what was reflected in the public records, and the City Commission approved and executed the instrument.  Subsequent to the City Commission hearing, the property owner, Bridge Powerline LLC, created an outparcel and sold it to another entity (Bridge Powerline Frontage LLC).   The Termination/Release needs to be signed by all owners, thus the applicant is now requesting the City to re-execute the Termination/Release with the updated ownership information and signature pages.  There are no substantive changes to this agreement. The changes are limited to: updating the document to include the additional owner, updated signature page and updated address.
