The license agreement is for the Pompano Beach Eagles, Inc. to operate the city’s concession stand at North Pompano Park to raise funds to benefit the Pompano Beach Eagles Football and Cheer Program. The scope of the agreement is outlined in Exhibit A of the license agreement. The term of the agreement is for five years and if the city determines the licensee is in full compliance the City Commission may approve the renewal option of one additional five year period.
