Summary Explanation/Background:
On April 24, 2018, the City Commission approved the G.O. Bond project prioritization list (two phases) which included Terra Mar Bridge Improvements to be completed in “Phase 1” (Phase 1 projects to be completed by October 2021).
The Town of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea (LBTS) maintains one-half of the bridge right-of-way (western half). As such, City is required to enter into an Interlocal and License Agreement with LBTS in order to access their right-of-way and complete these improvements.
The attached Agreement was been executed by LBTS on July 25, 2018.
