Summary Explanation/Background:

We propose the Standards of Cover and City Risk Analysis for review by the City Manager and ultimately for adoption by the City Commission. It represents a culmination of efforts in memorializing a significant amount of information regarding this agency; however, its greatest benefit lies in its providing direction for how fire-rescue services will be delivered into the future. There are several objectives and benchmarks set forth in the SOC-CRA that will serve as the guideposts directing the agency on delivering effective services and serving as standards for measuring its success and areas in need of attention.
