Summary Explanation/Background:

Following completion of road improvements just south of the 12-acre City property near Palm Aire North (north of Atlantic and west of NW 31st Ave), it was realized that a portion of public sidewalk was still owned by Summan Western Investment.  This is a “housekeeping” item from a previously Commission approved tri-party agreement involving a land swap.  It is in the City’s best interest to accept conveyance of this property so that City has a continuous public sidewalk and can properly have it maintained.  Attached is the Special Warranty Deed with legal description along with an aerial.
