The total parking provided on both properties is 32 parking spaces, whereas the combined parking of the two properties requires a total of 39. The requested Shared Parking Agreement would allow the uses to operate at different times of the day and/or week so that the properties may comply with parking requirements at any given time during a 24-hour period.
