Summary Explanation/Background:
The first amendment to the Flippin’ Dogs, LLC agreement is for the operation of the concession stands (baseball & softball) in Pompano Community Park. The terms of the contract have been amended to extend the agreement for one additional one-year period, ending January 21, 2020 and Section V of the agreement had been revised to include the city’s policy for distribution and consumption of alcoholic beverages on city properties (Exhibit E).
