Summary Explanation/Background:
On October 23, 2018, the City Commision approved a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City and other participating agencies relating to participation in the 2018 Edward Byrne Assistance Local Solicitation Grant Program. The grant requires that we also execute a subrecipient agreement with the other partipating agencies. In the future we will present the subrecipient agreement and the MOU together for approval on the same agenda item.
