Staff is seeking approval of a Resolution to piggyback contract no. #PNC2117271B1 and retain DP Development LLC to provide construction services for a new traffic signal at the intersection of MLK Boulevard and NW 27 Avenue in the sum of $484,970.90. The County and City entered into an Interlocal Agreement (ILA) whereas the County agreed to reimburse the City for all design and construction related costs.
