Summary Explanation/Background:
Redevelopment Management Associates (RMA) has assisted the City of Pompano Beach (the “City”) over the past decade in various initiatives and more specifically over the past three (3) years in assisting the City with strategically developing its parking enterprise program, as well as assisting with various real property matters and public private partnership initiatives. The City has held separate service agreements with RMA in this respect, as well as for special projects and business attraction, and would now like to bring all of the scope of services for these service agreements under one master agreement for administrative simplicity. The master contract will have a not to exceed amount and will be administered by the City Manager or his designee, in terms of directing RMA to perform specific tasks, within the scope of services, on an as needed basis.
