Summary Explanation/Background:

The applicant, Go Eco Homes Pompano LLC, has filed a building application (BP# 19-3693) for the construction of a new single-family modular home.   The property is located at 1900 NW 9th Street (Folio ID# 4842 34 04 0750).  Many of the properties along NW 9th Street are currently vacant, and as a result, NW 9th Street does not have the minimum right-of-way required for this local residential road (50 feet).  Prior to the approval of the building permit, pursuant to Section §100.01 of the City’s Code of Ordinances, the applicant is required to dedicate the necessary right-of-way for future improvements.  The dedication includes ten (10) feet along NW 9th Street and NW 19th Avenue.  Included herein is the special warranty deed and the appropriate exhibits for said right-of-way dedication.
