Summary Explanation/Background:
This area is commonly called the Oceanside lot and the intent of this agreement is to maintain adequate parking inventory (120-170 parking spaces) to accommodate parking for the hotel guests and tenants of the Sands Harbor Resort & Marina (the “Sands”), including overnight parking. Revenue will be generated at a rate of $50 per parking space, per month, in accordance with the City’s current parking rate ordinance.
