The attached backup information discusses the contributions that the Scott family has made to the community of Pompano Beach and requests designating NW 17th Street, to be dual named as “Scott Street.” The dual naming of the street is bound by NW 7th Terrace on the west and NW 5th Avenue on the east. If the City Commission decides to dual name NW 17th Street, a resolution will be presented at the following meeting to formalize the change.
