Summary Explanation/Background:
The license agreement is with Pompano Beach Riptide Softball, Inc. (Nonprofit 501C3). The license agreement is to utilize the Baseball Complex located at 1700 NE 8 Street to provide and promote a developmental softball program for youth females ages 8-18 and ensure that a minimum of 51% of program participants shall be residents of the City of Pompano Beach. Licensee shall pay the city a fee of 10% of revenue from each non-resident participant. The term of the agreement is for one year, with a renewal option for an additional two periods of one year upon consent of both parties.
