Summary Explanation/Background:
The second amendment to the Flippin’ Dogs, LLC agreement is for the operation of the concession stands in Pompano Community Park. The terms of the contract have been amended to extend the agreement for one additional one-year period, ending January 21, 2021. For the use of the facility Licensee shall pay a monthly fee to the City of one hundred dollars ($100).
