Summary Explanation/Background:
This item is a companion item to the Southeastern Freight Lines (SEFL) Plat which is also on this Commission agenda. The tri-party agreement is a Broward County form which allows the Applicant to pull building permits to commence development of the subject property prior to final plat recordation. All approvals must be obtained for the plat prior to this agreement being effective so only the final step of plat recordation is not complete when building permits can be issued.
