Summary Explanation/Background:
At the City Commission Meeting of December 10, 2019, the Applicant, AMP IV- Hidden Harbour, LLC, requested abandonment of a portion of NE 23rd Avenue and two small remnant triangles that were erroneously left when the NE 15th Street right-of-way was abandoned in 1999. The City Commission denied the abandonment due to issues related to the NE 23rd Avenue request. The two remnant triangles, which need to be abandoned to correct the 1999 action, have been separated into this agenda item for consideration. As part of the previous request, the P&Z board recommended approval of this abandonment on November 18, 2019.
