Summary Explanation/Background:
This is a companion item to an ordinance related to several amendments throughout the City’s Zoning Code to update the “Dune Vegetation Line” to the “Historic Dune Vegetation Line.” The definition of the “Historic Dune Vegetation Line,” includes reference to a resolution where the line was established and adopted by the City Commission by Resolution. If approved, this resolution will adopt the historic dune vegetation line in a digital format. A map illustrating the Historic Dune Vegetation Line has been attached for reference.
