summary
Summary Explanation/Background:
We are in the process of applying for State Revolving Fund (SRF) for three Stormwater projects: Gateway Drive, Kendell Lakes and South West (SW) 2nd Street Drainage. Gateway Drive and Kendell Lakes are both included in the Stormwater Master Plan. However, 2nd Street Drainage was not included in the Master Plan. Therefore, we needed to prepare a facility plan (attached to agenda item). According to the SRF guidelines, we are required to have this facility plan approved as a Resolution at the upcoming City Commission’s Meeting in order to move forward in the loan application process.
