Property owner Pompano Ford Lincoln, Inc. has indicated a desire enter into a license agreement with the City to use a portion of the undeveloped property north of the Charlotte J. Burrie Civic Center at 2669 N Federal Highway for parking (“Licensed Area”). A rendering of the Licensed Area is included as Exhibit A. The license agreement will generate $24,600 in annual revenue for the City.
