Summary Explanation/Background:
The Calvin, Giordano and Associates (CGA) Code Compliance Contract was originally approved on October 28, 2010 and has been amended four times. The contract is currently set to expire on October 28, 2020. The proposed Service Contract largely incorporates the original scope, the four subsequent approved amendments, and other modifications to make the contract more consistent with the City’s current practices and preferences. Furthermore, there should be no changes or interruptions in service. The term of the Agreement is for five years.
