Bid P-19-20 was issued to obtain bids to establish a contract for Interior Renovations/ADA Upgrades at Water Treatment Plant (WTP) located at 301 NE 12 Street, Pompano Beach, 33060. Bid award is recommended to the lowest responsive responsible bidder, Regional Construction Service, LLC., at a cost of $215,819.15.  The General Services Department performed outreach to local companies to inform them about this project.  A total of twenty-two (22) local companies were notified.  City Commission approval of this contract award is requested.
