summary
Summary Explanation/Background:
Ordinance No. 2020-59, passed on June 24, 2020 contained language that was inadvertently left in the Ordinance after another corresponding Ordinance regulating pedestrian right-of-way vendors was amended, creating a conflict between the two code sections. This Ordinance corrects the scrivener’s error by removing subsection (C)(2) of Section 100.35, “Building or Obstruction on Public Streets, Sidewalks, and Right-of-Way Swale Areas; Pedestrian Median Safety.”
