Summary Explanation/Background:
This is the first amendment to the license agreement between the City and Xpress Youth Development Institute, Inc. to use Mitchell/Moore Park, McNair Park and North Pompano Park for a youth track and field program and operate additional youth programs. Licensee shall pay the city on a quarterly basis a fee of 10% of revenue from each non-resident participant as compensation for the use of the city’s property.
