Summary Explanation/Background:
This is the first amendment to the license agreement between the City and The McDougal Family Foundation, Inc. to use North Pompano Park, McNair Park, Mitchell/Moore Park and Community Park to provide an athletic college preparatory program and operate additional youth programs. Licensee shall pay the city on a quarterly basis a fee of 10% of revenue from each non-resident participant as compensation for the use of the city’s property.
