Summary Explanation/Background:
This interlocal agreement with the City of Fort Lauderdale and the City of Pompano Beach is to supply each other with potable water if necessary during natural disasters, contamination or any
other emergency situation. The City of Pompano Beach will share 50% of all costs with City of Fort Lauderdale to reconstruct the existing interconnects at 15450 N Ocean Dr, Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, 2051 NE 68th St, Fort Lauderdale and 4601 W McNab Rd (aka SW 15 St), Pompano Beach. City of Fort Lauderdale will be invoiced for its portion upon completion of the project.
